Comments: The Unsung Heroes is the best known work by Kurt Grossmann and it includes a chapter on the work of Oskar Schindler during World War II. After WWII, Oskar moved with his wife to Argentina to begin a new life as a farmer. By 1958, he was bankrupt and returned to West Germany, where he survived on the donations of Schindlerjuden from around the world. He died in 1974 and is the only member of the Nazi Party buried on Mt. Zion. Schindler did not write an autobiography and there are no records of any other books signed by him on record.
