In the publisher’s dust jacket, $5.50 retail price on front flap, chipping at head of the spine, closed tear along back panel with archival tissue repair to verso, repairs along front hinge, a presentable example.

Arendt’s report on the 1961 trial of Adolf Eichmann, first published in The New Yorker in 1963, introduced the phrase “the banality of evil.”
