Inscribed on the front free endpaper: “To Woodrow Wilson, President of the United States, with sincere regards of John W. Postgate.” Stamp below Postgate’s signature notes the book was received by The White House. This copy is number 62 from the author’s limited edition of 100 copies, as stated on the colophon on the rear pastedown.
