Willis Reed (1942-2023) was a Hall of Fame NBA center who spent his career with the New York Knicks, leading the team to two championships in 1970 and 1973. He is best remembered for his inspirational return to Game 7 of the 1970 NBA Finals, where, despite an injury, he helped secure the Knicks’ first title.
