Scarce limited edition pamphlet called Guildhall Address in London and the Address before Congress in Washington, by Dwight D. Eisenhower. Octavo, [27]. Blue pamphlet, title printed on red label affixed to front cover. Wear along edges, very good. Limitation note on last page which states: “In order that the Members of Congress may have in permanent form the text of these two addresses by General Eisenhower, this edition of seven hundred and fifty copies has been printed at The Overbrook Press: Stamford, Connecticut. September, 1945.” Laid-in presentation card from Frank Altschul, an American financier and delegate to the republican party from Connecticut.
