Includes the original White House transmittal letter from the Office of Media Relations to the recipient, noting the misspelling of “Regan” in the program and that the president “…spelled his name right” this time.
The program is inscribed by President Reagan below his portrait: “To Staff Sgt. Richard Back / With Best Regards / Ronald Reagan.”
