Octavo, [8], [20pp], [folded map]. Blue cloth, anchor in gilt on front cover. Frontispiece with tipped-in photograph of the yacht. From Halter’s research, there were a total of 17 logbooks, issued between 1934-1945, this being the second book. They were all privately printed, with the authorship being unknown for each volume. A handful of pre-war logbooks have emerged on the public market, with three known examples of the Log of the Sewanna appearing for sale. This copy is from the private estate of Paul M. Hart, Missouri City, Texas, February, 2021.
