Octavo, xii, 357pp, [7]. Brown cloth, title stamped in black on the spine. Stated “First Trade Edition,” or “Second printing,” following a limited edition the same year. Top edge dyed red. Includes frontispiece portrait and 33 illustrations. In the publisher’s scarce dust jacket, light sunning to the spine, a few short closed tears, rear hinge with closed tear, a very good example.
