In publishers dust jacket, $1.50 on front flap, in near fine condition, touch of wear at bottom edge of spine and a small closed tear on back panel. Housed in custom blue chemise, title in gilt on spine. Inscribed on the half title to Anson Conger Goodyear, a prominent member of the Goodyear family and the first president of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Inscription reads: “To Conger Goodyear, With best wishes from Charles A. Lindbergh. August 1948.” Includes original shipping envelope from Lindbergh estate in Darien, Connecticut.
