Designed by Hendrik Clewits. Printed by Joh. Enschedé en Zonen at Haarlem on specially made Dutch paper. The illustrations were reproduced by the Meriden Gravure Company. Includes The Monthly Letter of The Limited Editions Club for July 1965, Number 377. Housed in the publisher’s slipcase, fine.
