An exceptionally scarce copy, with only one known example in the original dust jacket.

A compilation of writings and reminiscences of the early days of Santa Barbara by the children of Catarina Maria [Den] Bell, a native born in 1844. She was the daughter of Nicholas Den, an early settler of Santa Barbara.
