This book is from a limited edition of 1000 copies for The American Bicentennial Presidential Inaugural January 20, 1989. This copy is unnumbered. Inscribed to a newlywed couple in Houston, Texas: “To Missy + David, With love from all the Bush family, George Bush + Barbara Bush. Houston. October 23, 1993.”
The recipient of this book, Missy DeCamp, served as Deputy Social Secretary to First Lady Laura Bush. She and her husband, David, lived near the elder Bushs in Houston. Includes laid-in address label and note.
