Octavo, xvi, [2], 19-149pp, [5]. Blue paper-covered boards with a light blue cloth spine. Title in silver on the spine, lightly worn. Illustrated endpapers. Limited to 2000 numbered copies of the first trade edition, signed by the publisher on the limitation page, this being number 909. In the publisher’s dust jacket, price clipped, light wear along top edge, short closed tear at flap fold, small chip on rear panel, a bright, near fine example.
