Comments: First published in 1653 by Richard Marriot in London. This copy was published in 1759 by Moses Brown, who was the first person to offer a revised edition in over 100 years. In 1760, another revised edition was edited and published by John Hawkins, likely at the behest of Dr. Samuel Johnson, the famous literary critic.
