Octavo, vi, 28pp, [2]. Maroon cloth, title stamped in blind on front cover with author’s facsimile signature in gilt. In the publisher’s slipcase, some wear at edges, shelf wear to label on side panel. From a limited edition of 1000 copies, printed by Southern Methodist University and designed by William D. Wittliff. This copy is signed by President Harry Truman on the half-title and initialed on the slipcase.
Inscription reads: “To Dr. T. Haynes Harville / Kindest regards from Harry S. Truman 12-3-63.”
