Oblong octavo, [29pp]. Beige cloth, title stamped in gilt on front cover. Green endpapers. Includes many color photographs of the Governor’s Mansion in Atlanta, Georgia. Includes the signature President Jimmy Carter, offering his “Best Wishes,” and Rosalynn Carter, who signed “With appreciation and best wishes – Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter.
A scarce signed piece by itself, it’s especially interesting to see Mrs. Carter sign “Jimmy” in her dedication.
