Quarto, 26pp, vi. Quarter tan cloth over pictorial paper boards, title stamped in gilt on spine, dark green endpapers. Light blemish on front cover, internally clean. As issued without a dust jacket. Illustrated with black-and-white engravings by Abigail Rorer, with a foreword by Ed McClanahan, introduction by James Baker Hall, and afterword by William Kloefkorn.
