[Three Volumes], thick octavo, 1120pp. Blue cloth, title in gilt on spines. Stated “first printing” on copyright page of each volume. Light wear from handling, free of any marks or notations. All in the publisher’s dust jacket, $19.95 on front flap, light shelf wear to each volume, bright illustrations, all very good examples. Each volume is signed on a Richard Nixon bookplate, with inscriptions to Ambassador Lester B. Korn, his daughter Jodi Korn and his youngest daughter Jessica Korn. All signatures are dated 3-10-79.
Ambassador Lester B. Korn (1936-2020) was the cofounder of Korn/Ferry International. From 1987-1988, Korn served as Ambassador to the United Nations as the United States Representative to the Economic and Social Council.
