In publishers dust jacket, $12.95 retail price, light wear along top edge, small chip at bottom edge of front panel, otherwise very good. Inscribed by the author: “To Tip – With great affection for my political father. Paul. Sept 19, 1981.” An exceptionally gracious inscription between two senate colleagues.
Comments: Senator Paul Tsongas represented Massachusetts in the United States Senate from 1979 – 1985. He ran for president in 1992, but lost in the primary to future President Bill Clinton. He authored numerous books including: The Road From Here, Heading Home, A Call to Economic Arms: Forging a New American Mandate and Journey of Purpose.
