Soiling to boards, with some wax residue on most volumes, child’s writing in Volume I. Inscribed in volumes I and III by Senator Robert C. Byrd to his Senate aide. Inscription in Volume III: “To my loyal friend and supporter over many happy years, James B. Huggins. With good wishes and many fond memories. Sincerely, Robert C. Byrd. President Pro Tempore U.S. Senate. December 1994.”
