A fine piece for any Harry Potter collector.
From Errington: “Published as the ‘collector’s edition’ and offered exclusively by Amazon, the volume was intended to reproduce the binding of the author’s original offered for sale at auction.” The original auction piece, a handwritten copy of The Tales of Beedle the Bard, was created to benefit Rowling’s charity “The Children’s Voice” (now “Lumos”). The piece sold at Sotheby’s in 2007 for £1.95 million.
