(Burns 0055) Signed by the editor on the title page. Inscribed by Cyril Clemens on the front free endpaper: “To Thomas K. Finletter, Great American with the Editor’s high esteem. Cyril Clemens. October 1951.”

Cyril Clemens was an early biographer of President Harry Truman, writing “The Man from Missouri – Harry S. Truman” in 1945.
