The Atlas Of The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, plate 20, featuring Hyde Park, Grandin Road, O’Bryonville, Edwards Road, Observatory Road, Madison Pike and the future site of Cincinnati Country Club.
This atlas was published in 1884 by Elisha Robinson and R.H. Pidgeon of New York. The hand-colored, double-page sheets were engraved by A.H. Mueller of Philadelphia, lithography by the firm of F. Bourquin of Philadelphia. Individual plates measure 29″ x 20″, a few thumb marks, bright illustrations, a near fine example. Map previously folded along center line. Each plate shows the notable landowners, the major throughways, rivers and plot maps for future residential developments. This piece was custom framed by Rottinghaus Custom Framing of Cincinnati, The frame measures 33″ x 25″.
