In the publisher’s dust jacket, $24.00 retail price on front flap, small stain to tail of spine, visible on verso. A near fine example.
Inscribed on the title page: “For Carlie / With good wishes for you. And with my thanks / Richard Ford / September 17, 1995.”
Independence Day received the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction in 1996.
