Small octavo, [x], 82pp. Full red cloth, title in gilt on front cover and spine. Top edge gilt. Stated “Published April 1917” on copyright page with no additional printings listed. Solid text block, a fine example. In the publisher’s dust jacket, $1.25 retail price on spine, sunned spine, a few small losses to edges and corners.
Inscribed on the front free endpaper: “Merry Christmas, 1971 / To Larry Roberts From His Admirer / Willard Odell Shepard.”
