This copy was previously read, with an ownership notation blacked out on front free endpaper, wear to tips of spine, general wear from handling. Publisher’s first state dust jacket, $35.00 on front flap and 4/2005 on rear flap, shelf wear to covers, “autographed” sticker on front cover, retail sticker on back panel, a very good example. Signed by the author, Kai Bird, on the title page.
American Prometheus was the recipient of the 2006 Pulitzer Prize for Biography, and the inspiration for the 2023 film titled Oppenheimer from Christopher Nolan.
