In the publisher’s dust jacket, $24.95 on front flap, a fine example. The half title of this book was removed and sent to all four presidents for their signature, then tipped back into this copy.

Since most authors (and politicians) are hesitant to sign another’s work, it’s doubtful that the signers of this leaf from An American Life knew what book it was from.
