Set of eighteen Common Speech pamphlets from the English-Speaking Union of the United States, published between 1929 and 1934.
Octavo, [eighteen volumes]. First five measure 8″ x 5.5″, the rest are 7.5″ x 5.25″. Bound with two staples along center crease of each pamphlet. Solid binding, occasional toning and foxing to edges of covers, a near fine set. Thin crease through the center of each volume from original mailing structure, mailing address on rear panels. Pamphlets name the branches throughout the states and detail their meeting schedules and topics of discussion.
Housed in a custom cloth chemise and slipcase.
Release dates include monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly publications.
