Octavo, 256pp. Black cloth, title in silver on spine. In the first state binding, without the “Honeychile” silhouette stamped on cover. Stated “First Published 1958” on copyright page, no additional printings listed. Faint dust remnant and soiling to top edge of text block, internally clean. Previous ownership inscription on the front free endpaper. In the publisher’s bright, near fine dust jacket, designed by Pat Marriott.
