Publisher’s device stamped in blue on rear cover. Solid text block, top edge dyed blue, a near fine example. Bookplate affixed to front free endpaper. In publisher’s first state dust jacket, $2.00 retail price on front flap, light wear to tips of spine, small loss along front hinge flap, a bright, attractive example, free of any restoration. Housed in a custom clamshell, quarter red morocco, title in gilt on black label.
