Octavo, 199pp. Publisher’s green cloth, title in gilt on spine and front cover, embellishments in black. Includes frontispiece with tissue cover. Light foxing to frontispiece, internally clean. Brown paper endpapers, hinges solid. Some rubbing to heal of spine, bright green cloth, a near fine example. (Howes T-174). Inscribed by an unknown member of the Lee family on the second free endpaper, dated 1922.
