A very good example of the author’s most popular book.
Albert Britt (1874-1969) began his career as a magazine editor, and later became president of Knox College in Galesbury, Illinois. Following retirement from Knox, he became an American History professor at Scripps College in Claremont, California. Albert Britt wrote a number of biographies and books of American History.
