Octavo, 44pp., 6.5″x9.5″. Handmade coverstock, cloth spine, gilt title on cover. Moderate shelf wear to covers. Marbled endpapers. Limited edition of 425 copies were printed, 60 in leather and 365 hand bound with coverstock. This edition is signed by Arthur Schlesinger and is numbered 290.
