Both volumes with illustrated front endpapers. In the publisher’s “Kansas City Edition” dust jackets, $5.00 retail price on front flaps, “Kansas City Edition” stated on spines, light shelf wear, near fine examples. Inscribed by President Truman in Volume I, Year of Decisions: “With kindest regard and best wishes to Rufus Burrus, my long time friend and comrade. Harry S. Truman. 12/19/55.”
