Comments: Shortly after the death of President John F. Kennedy, Pierre Salinger published a collection of eulogies to the slain president, including a tribute by Abba Eban. Abba Eban (1915-2002) was an Israeli diplomat, politician and scholar of Israeli history. He served as Israeli Foreign Affairs Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, Ambassador to the United States and Ambassador to the United Nations.
