Wear to edges, bumped corners, some loss of marbled paper on front cover. Gray endpapers, previous bookshop sticker on rear panel. Top edge dyed blue. In deluxe red leather pull-off case, near fine, with gilt title, raised bands, lined in felt. From a signed limited edition of 1200 copies, this being number 396, signed by the author.
