Sunning to spine and top edge of covers, spine ends lightly bumped, gilt lettering rubbed, light shelf wear to bottom edge of covers. Binding is solid, slight lean to text block. Clean text, no marks or notations. In publisher’s original dust jacket, price-clipped, toning to spine, chipping and tears along edges with some loss. Staining to front panel, creasing to back panel. Perelandra is the second installment in C.S. Lewis’ science fiction epic known as the Space Trilogy or Cosmic Trilogy. It was preceded by Out of the Silent Planet (1938) and followed by That Hideous Strength (1945).
