Mixed points which include: “2” on bottom of page 13, rule over publishers mark on copyright page, lacking all advertisements, lacking correspondence letters, includes Table Of Contents with no publishers mark. As noted in Monaghan, this is the fourth issue or the “Nomination Issue,” which was released on March 20th, 1860.
