First edition, first issue, with “2” on Page 17, no “line” over the card of the printers and no advertisements. Closed tear to bottom edge of title page, occasional marks in pencil. Provenance: O.L. Miller of Indianapolis, Horace Miller, J.J. Garner (signatures on front flyleaves), A. Lars (signature on title page).
