In publishers first state dust jacket, $2.00 on front flap, light wear at extremities of spine but otherwise fine. An outstanding example of this incredibly scarce first edition.
Comments: The Benson Murder Case is the first of the Philo Vance Mystery Series and the first written under the pseudonym of S.S. Van Dyne. It was later adopted into a film of the same name in 1930. A Haycraft-Queen Cornerstone Book.
