The first printing with “Set up, electrotyped, and published July, 1903” on copyright page and one leaf of ads at rear. Solid text block, bumped corners, light soiling to cloth, some rubbing to color illustrations on cover and spine. Clean text throughout. Lacking the scarce dust jacket. Complete with ten full-page colored plates, including a frontispiece protected with tissue.
