Octavo, [two volumes], xvii, 507pp, [3]; viii, [2], 528pp, [2]. Green cloth, title in gilt. Stated Second Edition, Revised and Augmented, “22nd Thousand” on title page. Previous ownership stamp and signature on front endpaper of each volume. Light wear to boards, some soiling to cloth. Foxing to outer edge of text block and rear end leaves, but generally clean text. (Freeman, 965) Both very good examples.
