In the publisher’s first state dust jacket, 7s. 6d. net retail price on front flap, split along spine reinforced with tape along verso. Some chips to corners and spine, a very good example.
The Great Divorce is based on a dream vision of Lewis’s in which he reflects on the Christian conceptions of Heaven and Hell. It’s written in narrative form, and was later adapted for stage and screen.
