Inscribed opposite title page: “Merry Xmas! Marion Mill Preminger.” Includes a note from Preminger explaining the holiday gift’s late arrival. With a laid-in print of a commemorative stamp of Albert Schweitzer made for the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
