In the publisher’s first state dust jacket, $8.95 on front flap, two closed tears with tape repair to verso, small chip at top edge of spine, some shelf wear, a bright near fine example. Signed by the author on the title page. Includes an attendance ticket from a 2008 PEN/Faulkner Foundation Event at the Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington, D.C.
