Comments: Professor Jerome Bruner was an American psychologist who made significant contributions to the study of cognitive learning theory. He is considered the pioneer of the study of cognitive psychology with the publication of A Study of Thinking (1956). This work by Bruner was part of his study on educational psychology, which began in the early 1960’s.
