Bill signing pen from the Carter White House.
Green cardboard box, lid edged with brass. Presidential seal and replica signature of Jimmy Carter on top panel of lid, light wear to top panel, with bumped corner. Pen housed in velvet sleeve. The pen itself is green and chrome, made by the Parker Pen Company. Pen has a removable cap, with replica signature of Jimmy Carter on the barrel. This pen was given to dignitaries who visited the Oval Office. It was also used during bill signings at the White House.
