Ludwig Renn (pseud. Arnold F. V. von Golßenau) authored the novel “War” (“Krieg”), first published in 1928 by Verlag Die Schmiede in Berlin. This work is a fictional account based on Renn’s personal experiences as a German officer during World War I.
