Includes the “Author’s Autograph Edition” slipcase, soiling to side panel, bottom panel missing gold paper cover, reinforced hinges.
Both volumes in the “Author’s Autograph Edition” dust jackets, retail price on front flap, short closed tears along bottom edge of Volume II, light sunning and soiling to spines, both very good examples. This is a limited edition publication of 2,100 copies, this being number 914, signed by General John J. Pershing on limitation page.
