Includes the “that fool Red Cross woman” error (page 9, line 12), and the “Red Cross woman named Gwen-doe-lin, with the blond hair the patients are always arguing about” error (p. 86, line 1). Touch of dust along top edge of text block, internally clean. In the publisher’s first state dust jacket, $4.95 retail price on front flap, five-word Jack Kerouac blurb on front flap, light sunning to spine, shallow chips at head of spine, a near fine example.
